Product overview
The horizontal liquid filling machine is a pneumatically operated unit for dispensing free-flowing liquids into containers. It suits small-batch production, pilot runs and filling stations where containers are loaded and removed by an operator, with the horizontal layout providing straightforward volume adjustment.
The machine uses an external compressed-air supply for the filling action, and the operating position can be adjusted for the container and target volume. Product flow and compatibility with contact parts should be checked before a material trial.
Four recorded filling ranges are available: 10–250 mL, 20–500 mL, 100–1,000 mL and 500–5,000 mL. The exact model and operating cycle for each range remain subject to the product record and technical confirmation.
For selection, provide the product and its flow condition, fill volume, container opening and height, air supply and target output. Filling accuracy is not inferred from similar equipment and must be confirmed for the selected model with the actual product.
